Lixo AI is our AI paralegal chatbot that’s powered by an in-house generative AI large language model that we’re really proud of (think ChatGPT for law) and IBM’s leading artificial intelligence platform, IBM watsonx™.
Lixo AI answers your legal questions and provides applicable case law and Fair Work Act references.
It’s your ‘first port of call’ to help understand complex Australian employment laws.

Step 2
Select your AI-enabled legal document or choose legal advice
If you select a legal document, Lixo AI will ask a series of questions that enable us to efficiently prepare a bespoke draft legal document for your business.
If you choose legal advice, Lixo AI will only take you through what’s called a ‘conflict check’ to ensure Lawlux can act for you (it’s a legal profession requirement). We’ll inform you within 1 business day if we can.
For legal documents, choose the right level of support
All legal documents have 3 pricing models – standard, premium & subscription – so you receive the right level of legal support.
You’ll also go through a ‘conflict check’ to ensure Lawlux can act for you, sign an engagement agreement, provide a credit card pre-authorisation, and book in a time with one of our lawyers.
To ensure consistently exceptional legal work, Lawlux directly employs its lawyers. Those lawyers live Lawlux’s values.

Receive your draft legal document
One of our expert Australian registered lawyers will review your legal document and send you the draft for review.
This is the first stage at which a lawyer is involved in your legal work.

Meet your lawyer to discuss your draft legal document & ask questions
All of our pricing models include valuable 1-on-1 time with one of our expert Australian registered lawyers.
Why build in 1-on-1 time? In speaking with Lawlux’s clients, it came through loud and clear that businesses value time with their lawyers.
Your meeting is held over video conference. You can ask all of your questions – we have a strict ‘no silly questions’ policy.
After your meeting, your Lawlux lawyer will make all final amendments to your legal document.

Receive your finalised legal document
After your meeting with your Lawlux lawyer, we will send you your finalised legal document.
For your peace of mind, that legal document is covered by Lawlux’s professional indemnity insurance.
