Dave is Lawlux's Managing Principal and leads the employment and industrial relations practice.
He spent 14 years at leading Australian firms, Hall & Wilcox and Mills Oakley, acting for employers on employee claims, Fair Work compliance, complex underpayments, restructures, separations, restraints, investigations and union disputation.
He holds an LLB with First Class Honours from Monash University, writes for Thomson Reuters, and is an Adjunct Lecturer in legal innovation at Charles Sturt University. He was named winner of the 30 Under 30 Awards for Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
